Gateway Ticketing Systems UK will provide software solutions at three London visitor attractions after winning separate contracts in recent months.
The company has been selected by the Houses of Parliament to deliver ticketing and sales solutions for commercial tours of the Palace of Westminster, which went live in October 2014.
Gateway’s software provides improved upsell and package options, additional sales channels and direct interfaces with tour operators. Access to management information, including booking profiles and direct integration to finance systems, is expected improve the visitor experience and day to day operations.
In the second contract, a new ticketing and customer relationship management (CRM) system has gone live at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. It gives the attraction a single view of the consumer across its entire organisation, making it easier for the business to keep track of its customers with the aim of converting more day visitors into members. The solution has also been installed at Kew’s Wakehurst site in East Sussex.
Finally, Gateway has been briefed to deliver a timed ticketing software solution by KidZania London, opening at the Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush in early 2015. It will assist the flow of the new attraction’s forecasted 1,700 daily visitors.
